BACK TO PAINTING

Sometimes isn’t it more fun to do something for someone else than yourself? I was going to paint this flower arrangement for my bedroom but it turned out to go perfectly in my sister’s bedroom. I surprised her with it when she came home from college on Sunday. I used a painting I found on pinterest as inspiration. I am definitely NOT a painter (the extent of my knowledge is that I took Painting I in college haha) but I actually really enjoy it and it’s always more fun to have art in your home that is personal. I am usually really critical on myself when it comes to art but I have realized that it’s more about DOING IT than doing it perfectly. Don’t ya think??
