We are literately snowed in. In May. Everyone that tries to leave our cul-de-sac gets stuck and has to be shoveled out. D left successfully for work but only because he has a truck with 4-wheel drive.
Jack and I spent the morning watching the neighbors attempt to get out of their driveways and waiting for the plow to come. It still hasn’t come. Looks like we will be hiding under the covers until this is over!
In my 20-some years of living in Minnesota, it has never snowed in May. The pictures I posted of Jack yesterday were taken DAYS before this. All I can do at this point is laugh. Well and start planning our move. I mean if this is some kind of new Minnesota thing, I’m out. Plus they started naming the snowstorms. 😛
I would cry. I would literally cry. I guess it’s pretty at least?
I must really be a Tucson Native because I think that looks heavenly! The thought of a “snow day” sounds perfectly delightful! HA! My hubby’s family lives in Montana…maybe it’s time for US to have a move too! I can imagine it does get quite frustrating after a while….hoping you find some beauty in it 🙂 Maybe a warm blanket and cup of HOT tea…mmmmm.
